Accommodation and Meals

Wildlife volunteers in Peru will be staying inside the premises of the wildlife center in wooden bungalows. The bungalows are comfortable and clean with double rooms that you may have to share with another volunteer of the same gender. You will have access to basic facilities like showers, toilets and 220V electricity available 24 hours a day. When the weather is good, you can also camp outside during the night to enjoy nature.

Volunteers will be provided with 3 meals per day- breakfast, lunch and dinner comprised of local cuisines. Volunteers will be eating their meals in a spacious dining room where they can socialize with other volunteers and local staffs. Though snacks are permitted, volunteers are asked to not bring food to the rooms, as the food scraps usually attract ants and other insects.
