Check out the very best of Tanzania’s parks, featuring stops in the Serengeti, N’gorongoro Crater and waterfalls of Lake Natron. Also not to be missed is Manyara National Park, in the Great Rift Valley. See how many members of the Big 5—lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards and rhinoceroses—you can spot.
Day 0: Arrival and orientation.
Day 1: Lake Manyara is discovered on a full-day safari with picnic and overnight stay at a guesthouse in Camp Vision or a campsite in Mto wa Mbu village.
Day 2: Explore N’gorongoro Crater and the great diversity of animals it holds.
Day 3: It’s off to Seronera in the Serengeti for wildlife watching and a picnic lunch.
Day 4: Another safari in the Serengeti and Seronera.
Day 5: See Lobo in the northern section of the Serengeti near the Kenyan border.

Day 9: Return to Arusha, passing by Ol Doinyo Lengai Volcano.
