One week language and culture program offers volunteers an opportunity to learn more about life in Ghana before they begin their volunteer projects. The program is designed for volunteers who want to immerse themselves with their project and complete their work successfully. Through this program, volunteers will learn about Ghana by familiarizing themselves with the local language, where you’ll learn basic phrases and verbs that are commonly used by Ghanaians in their daily life. You’ll also learn about local culture and traditions and become involved in sightseeing tour.
| Day 01: | Welcome at RCDP office, orientation on general issues, and discussion on the week's events. |
| Day 02: | Language starts; you’ll start your lesson with greetings words and continue with most words that are required for daily usage and those well designed to make foundation for volunteer program. You’ll also learn about nuances of Ghanaian English. |

The mission of RCDP-Nepal is to encourage international volunteers to contribute in sustainable community development that benefits the underprivileged and extremely poor.
