RCDP International is a volunteer travel organization that offers many different volunteer programs in Asia, Africa and South America. We are committed to giving our volunteers the best possible experience. Over the years, thousands of volunteers have chosen to participate in our programs and enjoyed our services greatly. We are geared towards giving our volunteers total satisfaction. Hence, your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Please read this privacy policy to learn more about the ways in which we protect your personal information. We want you to fully understand our privacy practices.

Is Credit Card Information Secure?

We care about the safety and security of your transaction. We use high-grade encryption and secure socket layer security protocol to communicate with your browser software. This method is industry standard security protocol, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept the credit card information you send to us. Companies we work with to process credit card transactions also use high-grade encryption and security protocols.

Email List

RCDP keeps an email list of volunteers who have used our services or of those who have enquired about our services or subscribed to our newsletter. RCDP may use the email addresses to forward announcements, newsletters and any upgrade we have in our programs. If you do not wish to receive any of these emails, you can send us an email to info@rcdpvolunteers.org . Please provide us with your complete address in the email so that we can be sure who we are dealing with.

Refund Policy for $50 pre-application fee, language and culture fee, and tours/safari

First Application Fee Deposit of USD50

The application fee cannot be refunded after you have received the finalized placement sheet from the country coordinator. The placement sheet takes 2-3 weeks to finalize. You are entitled to 50% refund on the application deposit if you cancel the program before your program is finalized.

Second Installment of Application Fee

USD209 (or second installment) is non-refundable

Program Fee

Volunteers will pay Weekly Program Fee directly to project or host families or coordinators. The fee cannot be refunded after the start of the program.

Language and Cultural Program Fee and Tour/Safari Program Fee

The fee will not be refunded after the program starts. Volunteers are entitled to full refund if RCDP cannot organize the program.
